Holly and her team at PwC advise clients on the full suite of environmental taxes, including Plastic Packaging Tax, Landfill Tax (including the regime in England and Northern Ireland, Scottish Landfill Tax, and the Landfill Disposals Tax regime in Wales), Aggregates Levy, Climate Change Levy and CBAM. Her team also cover environmental regulatory aspects including Extended Producer Responsibility amongst others. As a team comprised mainly of solicitors, Holly and her colleagues are experienced in dispute resolution, both through negotiated settlement and litigation.
