ESA Annual Lunch 2026

Booking is now open for the Environmental Services Association’s Annual Lunch 2026, taking place on Friday, 27 November 2026, at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square, W1.

An event kindly sponsored by Specialist Risk Group and AND-E, it brings together senior industry leaders, policymakers, industry partners, and ESA members for an afternoon of discussion, connection, and celebration of the last year, and looking forward to the next!

The Annual Lunch remains one of the most anticipated dates in the ESA calendar, offering a unique opportunity to meet colleagues from across the sector, with over 500 people in attendance, reflecting on the year’s progress, and looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry

Timings

• 12pm – Drinks Reception / Registration
• 1pm – Lunch
• 3pm – Guest Speaker

The afternoon begins at midday with a networking drinks reception, followed by a welcome address from ESA Chair John Scanlon, and a three-course meal. It provides an ideal, relaxed environment to entertain clients, connect with partners, and network with sector peers.

Guest Speaker

Building on the success of last year’s event, we are thrilled to reveal that this year’s Annual Lunch guest speaker will be comedian, writer, and presenter Ellie Taylor.

A staple of British television and comedy, Ellie has captivated audiences across stage and screen.

Known for her stand-up specials, sharp writing, and popular appearances on major panel shows and broadcasting hits, she is set to bring fantastic energy and entertainment to our annual headline event.
