ESA Experts to Address Key Environmental Challenges at ESS Expo

The Environmental Services Association (ESA) Policy Team is set to have a significant presence at the upcoming Environmental Services & Solutions (ESS) Expo, speaking on a range of critical environmental topics. The event, taking place on Wednesday, September 17, and Thursday, September 18, at the NEC in Birmingham, will bring together industry leaders to discuss the latest in sustainability, circular economy, and waste management.

The following ESA team members will be participating in sessions:

Jacob Hayler – ESA Executive Director

  • Wednesday: Jacob is scheduled to participate in a “Circular Economy Taskforce” panel, which will likely address the development of a UK-wide circular economy strategy and the policy mechanisms required to transition away from a linear model.

Charlotte Rule – Head of Energy & Climate Policy

Patrick Brighty – Head of Recycling Policy

Emilia Peters – Environmental, Social, & Governance Policy Officer

The ESS Expo is an important platform for knowledge exchange, and the ESA policy team’s participation underscores their role in shaping the future of resource management policy and practice in the UK.

The team will be on the ESA’s stand over the 2 days so please do come along to RS-F110 and grab a complimentary coffee, and have a chat with the team!
