SUMMARY:Human Focus Webinar | Transform Near Miss Reporting for Radical Improvement in Learning and Serious Accident Prevention
DESCRIPTION:Is Your Near Miss Reporting Driving Meaningful Safety Improvements?\n\n\nMany reporting systems were unintentionally designed to capture the obvious and low-risk. They still have value for that—but if you want near miss reporting to help prevent serious accidents\, your system needs to evolve. \nCompounding the issue\, workforce engagement is often uneven. Some only report what they feel is safe to share. Others are unsure what counts as a near miss. Over time\, reporting becomes reactive—driven more by compliance than by curiosity or concern. \nIf these challenges sound familiar\, then this webinar is definitely for you.

SUMMARY:How can we responsibly implement AI in high-stakes industries?
DESCRIPTION:AI’ is often equated with today’s consumer-facing and enterprise co-pilot applications. Some of the biggest potential gains from AI lie in industries like energy\, manufacturing\, transport\, healthcare\, and government. These ‘high stakes’ sectors have particularly stringent requirements when it comes to safety\, reliability\, and explainability.
