DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to team up with S&W and Shoosmiths to provide ESA members with an exclusive roundtable looking at the new offence for Failure to Prevent Fraud\, specifically tailored to the waste industry. \nThis session will focus on the new Failure to Prevent Fraud offense\, with insights specifically tailored for the waste industry. \nThis roundtable is designed for senior professionals in Compliance\, Risk\, and Legal teams within ESA member organizations. \nPlaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. \nQUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION \nThe enactment of the new Failure to Prevent Fraud offence (FTPFO) presents a substantial new dimension to already complex compliance challenges faced by the waste industry.
